Prayer:  Creativity in Praying

Priority: Prayer, Discipleship

Idea: This workshop will help explore the creative side of praying.  Expressive and reflective writing is a powerful means of praying. Contemplative prayer is another mode unpacked in this time of active learning. A deeper understanding of prayer will be gained at the end of this time.

Presenter: Claudia Duffee

Bio: Claudia Duffee is a member of Lawrenceburg UMC. She has previously helped in developing a volunteer training in the area of Altar Ministry and In-Home Communion Prayer. She has published a booklet of Scripture to use in these programs.
